Service charges and payment schedules will be communicated before work begins. Advance or milestone payments may apply as agreed with the customer.
Requests outside the agreed project scope may involve additional charges, subject to customer approval.

Delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope, customer feedback and timely submission of required materials. Revisions, testing and support will follow the agreed proposal or service contract.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the agreed terms, work completed, applicable third-party costs and applicable law.
Please contact us to discuss a cancellation or refund. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of project-specific deliverables, designs and source code will be governed by the relevant written agreement and payment terms.
Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks and development methods remain subject to their existing ownership and licensing rights. Customers must have permission to use materials they provide.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs and payment platforms. Their separate terms may also apply.
9. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Any specific warranty or maintenance commitment will be stated in the relevant agreement.
